Great idea. Poor execution. I wanted to love this case but I'm sorry I bought it. Although it looks as if this would offer protection, only a few minutes of actual use prove otherwise. The top is oversized to allow one of the 2 included mics to remain attached, however, if you're using this for field recording, you would probably not want that.
